I have been using the BDO mobile app to do all my transactions for 2 years now with no problems but for the last 2 days when i try and open it i get an error 605 message with no explanation of what or why. Anybody else on the forum use this app ?
Saw this on BDO Facebook page To be able to log in successfully on your BDO app, make sure that the date and time on your mobile phone is synchronized with your Telco provider and is set to automatic. To do this, go to Settings > General > Date & Time and turn on set automatic.
Being a banking app if you fully clear the cache you may need to register your mobile again, OTP. Try just force stop first. Same place as clearing cache. Just long press the app and click app info
Thanks to everyone for the advice, i tried all the suggestions but no change, i have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still the same. Yesterday i messaged BDO to ask what error 605 is and how to fix it so i will wait and see what if any answer they come back with.
