Plastic driver's license card

I received my plastic at the Bais LTO last week, you might check there first as it is much closer

 

Did you do the whole process from scratch in Bais, or did you just bring your receipt from Duma LTO? What I'm wondering is, if you go there with just your Duma LTO issued receipt will they give you an actual plastic license?

 

Did the whole thing there in Bais... having been here a long time I would doubt that they would serve anyone but the Bais applicants...

 

I was not too clear, There is no LTO in Tanjay so you would have applied in Bais, the OP was asking if you applied in Dumaguete and took your paper license to Bais would they issue plastic...... I replied that only if you used the Bais office to apply would they give you the resultant plastic....

 

You are now in the system in Dumaguete, my feeling is that you will have to wait for Dumaguete to issue plastic.... I would not recommend re applying in Bais as that would be frowned upon I think...

 

Still waiting for my plastic driving licence after six months. LTO Dumaguete.

 

Just a thought... you could go to Bais to request a change to your license to add motorcycle and then they would have to issue a replacement license....
