If anyone is interested, the P&E Classic Gym on the National Road across from Freedom Park is for sale. This is posted FYI only. I have no financial interest in the business and will pocket ZERO if someone acts on this; just getting the word out. The owner is ASKING P3.5 million and I don't know any other particulars.
