I doubt it Jack. That license is meant for small scale local contractors and was introduced in August last year. I would think there's not many such licenses issued already, with the list of requirements including attending a couple seminars/exams. Edit: in the entire country only 58 of such "pakyaw" licenses were issued last year, according to the PCAB annual report. Just in case: more info about the application process here.
I would like to ask my father to apply for a PCAB License since there are clients that won't pay us honestly so having PCAB License would enable us to file a complaint to them. My father has a degree in Industrial Technology back in 70s I think, he got it from NORSU (I think it's CVPC back then) and he is in contracting business for about 30+ years now. He is only a small scale local contractor
