    As of this post (time stamped) it remains 100% against the law for a Foreigner to avail the Seniors card. You will be at risk of 10,000Peso fine and deportation without a hearing. The Card is only good to pop ahead of line up ques.

    What about the PhilHealth permanent membership after age 60, for those who have been members for ten-plus years? How does that work?

    All foreign nationals are qualified to be covered under the Lifetime Member Program of the NHIP once they have reached the age of 60 and have made 120 monthly contributions. Years of payment or membership is not the bases, it is the 120 months in payments. Ensure your plan is (Life Time Member) or coverage may be very little at best.

    I'v not paid a penny into Phil-health but can avail P-H for free under my wife's account and I have used it.
    My wife was smart enough to add my name onto her list as a dependent, now I get free P-H for life.:finger:
    Need to do this before 2016.

    Agreed. There is even so much more info and avenues, details and circumstances that can allow a Foreigner to avail. Thanks for the info.
