When the circumference of your waist is larger than your height

 

Seems to me that's around the time when I start thinking someone on an airplane in the seat next to me should have booked two seats rather than one.

 

It is even enough if the circumference of your waist is larger than the circumference of your hip causing big issues keeping your pants in position.

 

That's bad news....hence the saying "Brace yourself"
Years ago most trousers were made with buttons stitched in place, already prepared for the inevitable, then along came the clip-on type of braces which were known to fail sometimes!
Nothing worse than being caught with your pants down.

There is a very easy solution for the pants issue: just wear a dress. No more having any pants issues.

On a serious note: It seems that BMI is not such a good way to measure obesity but instead using fat percentage (there are devices available to do that).

 

One way is, take a pair of pliers and if you can pinch a inch or more around your waist you need to watch your diet! ( sometimes this can be painful )
