Can anyone recommend a travel agent in Dumaguete for flights within the Philippines or is the better choice just to book online? Thoughts?

I usually check online for prices, like on this website: https://www.skyscanner.com.ph/

The prices at travel agencies are usually 1-2k more than on those websites.

Are you just looking for travel (flights and boats)
    or
package deals with activities included in a single purchase transaction
    Or
Advise on what to do in different places (like Palawan, Cebu, Camigan to name a few)

Looking for flight info, I also look online for prices but will check with Ramar services on Perdices street for flight info. The main reason I ask is flying with Cebu Pacific usually results in flight cancelation and would like to avoid that without paying Philippine airline prices.
I'm not sure if Cebu pacific cancels a flight out of Sibulan if my connection flight out of Manila with Cebgo is also a part of that.
I'm not happy with CP and the direction they have gone in but we are stuck with it.

Don't waste your time and money with a travel agent (if the flight gets cancelled you are no better off, they will just shrug their shoulders). go to CP website and choose multi-city flights (that is the only way to protect yourself if one leg gets cancelled as its a one-ticket deal)......have been through all of it before with connecting flights within the phils so just book both flights as a one ticket deal and save on the taxes too as two separate
flights incur two separate taxes and booking fee

Air Asia now flies out of Duma. Used them to get to Manilla.
Could be the middle ground of CP vs Pal

Heyyy! Booking online can be convenient, but a local travel agent can offer personalized service and local insights. But I recommend booking by yourself

When I planned my trip to Missouri, I booked everything online by myself, but that's just me  I stayed at the most gorgeous hotel: https://www.westgateresorts.com/hotels/missouri/branson/ and my own research made the experience unforgettable. For flights within the Philippines, consider reaching out to a local agent in Dumaguete if you prefer tailored advice, unfortunately I don't know any...
