    Kilz is sold online by many sites here that can deliver COD/ If that's what you want, you can have it! If you do not want to order online then "Boysen" is the brand that follows in quality here in the Philippines. Good shopping out there!!

    Boysen Permacoat is what I used on our ceilings. Excellent for concealing joints etc.
