You can try Atty. Raymund Mercado at the RM Bldg. located near St. Paul University or Atty. Salito Erames whose office is located across NOreco II Bldg. Both are very good lawyers.

Also Mikhail Maxino (at Plaza Maria Luisa Hotel) and Dirkie Palma (at the boulevard, at right hand side of Chin Loong).
I should not have any doubts with these ones.

I've known Mexino for more than 22 years. I don't think you'll find a better lawyer than him any where in the Philippines. You couldn't ask for a more powerful upfront and honest person to help you in any legal action. He won't gouge you and he won't bullshit you. He also speaks very good English. When I met him over 20 years ago he was fresh out of law school and had just passed his bar exam. He has an outstanding winning track record. When I bought our house last August I had no worries when I sent the cash for the house to him and he paid the owner for me. I paid cash and it was a very large sum of money.

 

Frankly depends on how badly you want to win, you get what you pay for, despite what you may think of any lawyers, in any country, not just this country. If you're a 'cheapskate', then hire a 'cheapskate lawyer'...if you were in your own country/region, would you 'skimp' on a decent lawyer? (Same rules apply here.) Think it also depends on whether you have a civil or criminal case for you or against you, depends on the circumstances really.
