    Yup, 10am at the church in Valencia. Thanks for the best condolences errr ummm wishes. Had a few days feeling dizzy from running around in circles, especially with the church paperwork, but today erased all that with a very wonderful, comfortable, and relaxing wedding (even though no practice so I had no idea what to do when).

    Held out for nearly 52 years, even though I was not looking (absolutely was Not looking) I found the right one anyway.

    So...yes it is possible here in the Philippines. Best advice I can think of when meeting someone is trust but verify, starting with getting a CENOMAR yourself.
