    Is there any ATM"S in Dumaquete that let you take more than 10,000P per "each" withdrawal on a Mastercard International credit card?

    Not in Dumaguete.
    In Cebu you can find some ATM that distribute 25,000 pesos in one transaction.(HSBC and Citybank near Ayala)

    Yes, that's right. We tried to get money more than a couple of times there.

    I have to agree with the above. I've tried virtually every sort of atm here in Dumaguete and all max is 10k for an international card.
