    On fil news channel this morning they announce a brown out 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in many areas around Dumaguete,

    Generally those hours are Sundays...No brown out here as of 11am.Saturday

    brown out here in city center at 8am but only some parts of duma, all of Bayawan n Basay. Mackers new shop closed their new generator sh*t its self lol

    Yup, there was a brownout for part of the morning in Duma. They must have bought a "well made" Chinese generator and couldn't read the part of the instructions that say "must add oil prior to starting.":D
