My wife had a 9am dental appointment in city mall and we arrived there about 8.59am so i dropped her off at the door of the mall and i went to the carpark, once i parked the car i found the entry door to the mall stairs locked and no guard there so i had to walk down the driveway to the mall door below, once i got there i said to the 2 guards at that door that there was no guard upstairs and the door was locked, they both looked at me as if they did not know, just then a third guard arrived and said that the guard who should have been upstairs was late as his motorbike chain had broken !
As i walked through the mall i counted around 5 or 6 guards just standing talking beside the supermarket entrance, maybe they were not trained how to open the door upstairs.
One of the guards i had been talking to then ran past me saying he was going to open the upstairs door, its more fun in the Philippines
