    wether its owned by a politician or not, its not gonna change the fact that lives have been taken here due to irresponsibility. and if the rumours are true that its owned by the mayor, we shouldnt put all the blame to the mayor because his the one behind the wheel although he must take responsibility and thats lack of monitoring of his drivers but still, thats out of his hands. no one can stop anybody if they really want to drink and drive. drink driving is a choice not an accident.

    Well put, Nice. Not the mayor's fault if someone driving his vehicle made a stupid decision to drink and drive (if it truly is the mayor's truck). Maybe, though, this tragedy will encourage some changes and aid in the crackdown of drunk driving. Hopefully the driver will face criminal charges.

    - sorry just gonna make some corrections- "we shouldn't put all the blame on the mayor if he is really the owner because he is NOT the one behind the wheels. This is an example of taking responsibility, my heart goes out for the victims and their families. :-(

    Let's be clear. There is not a post on this thread "blaming the mayor" for that terrible accident, merely pointing out the announced fact that he apparently is the owner of the vehicle.

    saw the video, stupid bystanders and those cars just driving passed didnt even pull over and rushed those people straight to the hospital instead they're too busy being a busy buddy! It's indeed a horrible accident. Didnt finish watching it just too much for me :-(

    What a sad video. Most places in the world would have an ambulance, Police or and Fire rescue within a few minutes. maybe they were on the way ? 'MEDIC'

    Not sure about here/ph but EMS WHERE I COME FROM USUALLY STANDS FOR "EMERGENCY MEDICAL/MOBLIE SERVICE" DID MY OLD EYES FOOL ME BECAUSE I THINK I SAW ONE @ ABOUT 10-15 SECONDS INTO THIS VIDEO AM "EMS" VAN ROLLED BY ??? AND WATCHING THAT HORRIBLE SCENE ONCE WAS 1 TIME TOO MANY.
