I have a US Department of Defense blank fingerprint card for my FBI Clearance. Is there anywhere in Dumaguete that can do this so I can get a clearance

Talk to the NBI, I am sure they will accomodate. However, I would ask, will this be a legal move? They could be anyones fingerprints as far as the FBI was concerned. Considering they never actually, did the fingerprinting.

Jack I have a feeling he meant NBI Clearance, but I'm sure he is so busy because "as we all should know he is a Medical Physician" Special smirk

In his defense...if it is a U.S. fingerprint card, it probably IS FBI. Here, in the Philippines, it would be NBI.
