    It looks like the rainy season has well and truly set in now as predicted, far better with cooler temps.
    Let's hope it lasts, that elnino effect made it pretty uncomfortable, and surprising how fast things green up after a few days rain!

    That's a good size storm out there! Also to the west of us is another batch of very heavy rain,this sat image from weather underground is a bit slow on catching up so it's closer than on the pic.

    MANILA – Expect rainy weather ahead as a new typhoon approaches the country this week and enhances the southwest monsoon (habagat), weather bureau PAGASA said Monday.

    PAGASA weather forecaster Meno Mendoza said typhoon ''Soudelor'' (international name) will enter the Philippine area of responsibility this Wednesday and enhance the southwest monsoon.

    The typhoon, which will be named Hanna once it enters PAR, will move towards Taiwan and avoid making a landfall in the Philippines, Mendoza said.

    Soudelor was packing maximum sustained winds of 194 kilometers per hour and gusts of 240 kph as of 2 a.m. Monday, according to the Joint Typhoon Warning Center.

    Meanwhile, PAGASA said the intertropical convergence zone is currently affecting Palawan and Mindanao

    A little less rain than other parts of the Philippines. Angeles and Subic get quite a bit more rainfall than Dumaguete.

    Emergency situation here! :hungry::hurting: i had 3 variety of rare Heliconia died and also some red,pink ginger plants, 2 variety of hybrid Ginger Curcuma from thailand immediately dis appear 2months ago, 2 variety of Palm trees burned but on coma, and my beloved bermudas that my darling bana water twice or more per day are on coma as well. Happy to hear more birds and seeing dragon flies at the pool but i think its no good for them to have chlorine.
