No customer would like to be in danger while eating in luxury of fresh air at the boulevard. According to the mayor. That might be correct once all traffic will be banned from the boulevard. As long as Ceres buses, sugar cane trucks and more vehicles are using the boulevard, it is only wishful thinking.

but the terrible odour will just move to another location. some love it, me not. maybe they can plant some kalachuchi trees around to compensate :-)
