    Maybe because the "INFO" part of Dumagueteinfo.com stands (I imagine) for "INFORMATION". Nice to know some people are willing to help. Others, not so much.

    I pay at the Main Office. I go to the Senior Citizen line. I think there were two times when I had to get a number. I usually spend less than 5 minutes each time.
