    :meh: Almost to the day, you can look for a 3 month wait for your card I did mine in Cebu on the 9th July and it arrived Yesterday.
    Just a heads up if any one is waiting.:wink:

    I've only been asked once for an ACR-I card. Some a-hole police officer demanded to see it and gave me sh*t for not having one....even though I had only been in country for 30 days at the time. Other than "because the BoI says so" what exactly do you need the card for?

    Totally useless to us,lucrative to the bi. They don't serve any purpose whatsoever ever. I wonder how many other countries have a similar system?
    They seem to be pretty efficient with their plastic cards unlike the lto and licences. Lto plastic p700,bi plastic p4000+

    I have a several year old Dollar account at BPI and last Monday they said they now require a copy of my acr card.

    Seems they are all going to go that way way now. Something tells me that this ARP thing is going to mean a lot in the Future. Not long ago they would not accept the ACR as ID Proof now it seems it is the other way round

    That's funny as they except school/employer IDs from the locals without a problem.
