Ahhh, you had me reaching for my Google button with that one. I love a strong cup of tea. I was raised that you spat out the weak stuff and said "dishwater", (well that's what mother would say. Dad would say "gnats p*ss"), just to prove you knew your tea. Anyway, I found this link interesting and hope others will too. If someone I know (hint, hint Mike) has a good strong cup of Yorkshire tea hanging about I hope he will invite me over, but I do like milk and sugar in it.
Why is it called 'Yorkshire Tea'?-
