someone should tell those idiots to f---k off home, locals all day till 11 pm with their shitty noise trying to sing and their shitty techno drum crap. every effing day last week and this week.
There are obviously exceptions to the cerfew. BPOs have been and will continue to operate at night. There are also a number of businesses that remain open at night to service the people working night shift (such as eateries and convenience stores). Also, since there is no, or very little, public transport during those working hours those workers also get dropped off by family/SOs/friends. I think the city government is aware of this and that is one of the reasons why I have yet to be stopped or questioned about why I'm out and about after cerfew.
Any updates on the 84 year old lady that recently died. She tested positive for COVID-19. She lived Dumaguete, family reported no travel out of the city.
Her 52 yr old daughter has been tested positive, of all the contacts tested. No word on whether they are contact tracing the contacts of the daughter. If not, major omission.
