If you happen to pass by Bahura Beach Resort and Spa, further ahead just before you cross the Cuadra Bridge on the right side, you will notice a huge "For Sale" sign posted for a 2.0770 hectare property. Where the sign is located is exactly where the location of our property is, with 60 meters frontage more or less, with the cuadra river as its boundary.
