Has anyone experienced this new etravel requirement for entry into PI? The government gateway come up as an error and there an etravel-philippines agency charging $118 to process it. Any advice would be appreciated
The $118 is a scam. The last I heard there were not any requirements to enter the Philippines. You best bet is to search the DOH.ph website.
just landed yesterday and no such drama, just fill out the online form (usual shyte.....name flight number blah de blah and then you get a code just screenshot it, but wasn't asked by anyone to show it when I landed) just breezed thru immigration and was gone in a grab in 10 minutes...........dont pay any money to anyone ..........except me of course
There is a requirement to fill out an online form before arrival in the Philippines. Just go to https://etravel.gov.ph/ , it should work, provided that You may only register within 72 hours prior to your arrival or departure in the Philippines.
Note: eTravel registration is FREE OF CHARGE and does not collect or require any form of online payment.
Im leaving today was here for just three days and registered there again just now and is working fine for me
Thanks guys. Did it once the gov site was up and running again. As you say - no fees just a registration to download QR code.
