    I have had a comprehensive coverage policy with Malayan Insurance for three years. I've been happy with them.

    I use Insular. I haven't needed insurance yet, so I don't really have an opinion. I think I selected them based on coverage, price and size.

    I see they ask eave to eave distance with neighboring properties. Do you do this

    I did not have to do that, there are no other houses within 100 meters of our house. But it does make sense in terms of assessing the risk of fire spreading.
