How to Model sailing vessels

Hi ya

Does anyone know if the model sailing vessel the street sellers try to sell around the boulevard are made locally or from China etc.

 

What I did hear in the past they are made in Malaysia.

 

Ok, Thanks for the info, was hoping for a local build so I could get one made that was a lot more accurate in its design.
