My friends 13 year old son was just released from the hospital after over 3 weeks and in a wheel chair. He was first diagnosed with UTI and Typhoid. The W.H.O declared the Philippines Polio free back in the 90's but wrong! There is no cure other than time, pain meds and bed rest after it sets in. The test to confirm Polio requires spinal or brain fluid.
