Have to learn to walk properly again after my foot sole operation Dec last year so maybe a treadmill is the best solution. Wondering or someone has / know one for sale.
If you are just looking short term, maybe you might want to check the gym on the ground floor of Portal East. They have several treadmills.
Lazada has them, might be the best option for you if you can't find someone close by to borrow or buy from: https://www.lazada.com.ph/catalog/?q=treadmill&_keyori=ss&from=input&spm=a2o4l.home.search.go.239e374bPksZS3
I agree. If you are learning to walk in 2019, then a treadmill provides a great metaphor for what comes next. A great alternative might be a giant hamster wheel. I would post in the Bid for me FB sites. Cast a wide net, I'm sure there are loads of these things out there. Each one representing the broken dreams of a fat person who wanted to become sexy again. Learning to walk happens to be on my list of subjects to look into. It's a lifetime thing which I believe nearly all of us will have problems with at one time. I'm sure someone savvy on the subject could point out muscle / structural problems with just about anyone walking. As an example, there are gait analysis apps on the Apple app store. I don't know if these are any good. There are also lots of Youtube videos. Each problem with your gait being caused by some underlying issue. You might make better progress if you were to take this into account. The treadmill is probably a good start. And any activity is better than no activity. Eventually, I would look into the other basic mobility issues and what other exercises might help with this sort of thing. Maybe one day I'll do the research myself and post it somewhere.
