    I imagine as with most non Filipino dishes here, it's hard to get the right ingredients. You do the best with what you can get.

    Brothers thank you in Jamaica everyone like hot and spicy. Here in the Philippines it hard to fine the correct balance reason is some like it hot some don't so for us we try to keep it where everyone can enjoy our meals. If and customers like more spice please let us know we will be happy to but the heat in it.

    Are you the chef? No. Stay the **** out of the kitchen. Shut the **** up and eat. Pay your bill. And get the **** out so that the next person can sit down and eat.
