I am looking to have a nice big,old,but comfortable, arm-chair recovered. I have seen some 'beside the road' places in town..Does anyone have a suggestion for a shop the does good re-upholstering ?? Miguel
On the corner of Sta. Rosa St and Cervantes St. there is an upholstery shop that does a good job at a fair price. It is opposite a small local eatery. If you are unfamiliar with street names you can find it on Google Maps. I had a screen shot with the location circled for you but I can't post pictures right now.

On the map you posted the upholstery shop would be right about where the "K" in the "K and F Trading" is on the map.
Currently many on Globe are having issues posting photos, the problem should remedy itself in a few days, as soon as Globe pulls their head out. Larry
For the last week as you say Larry many probs with globe again, a lot of the time can't get on a lot of sites inc this one. Looks like they have some serious issues yet again. But as usual they never admit there is a prob!

Globe sucks. They hide you behind their crappy proxy. So you share the same IP address with thousand of spammers, who go out and get your shared IP banned on thousands of websites. Aren't they just awesome? But hey, at least you don't have Afghan internet that blocks any website that, Allah forbid, could even remotely be considered offensive to Islam. (And if I wasn't on a military base surrounded by thousands of armed soldiers I wouldn't even think of criticizing their internet policies...because I know they are watching.)
They buy cheap band width and charge extortionate prices for it and can never supply what they say they can! Take on more customers but never think to upgrade their servers. The usual mushroom concept! It's one company I despise, even noreco 2 are more competent than these people!
