AHA. I figured they would work foreigners into the story somehow, even thought the victims, perps, and cops were all locals.

 

Which just shows, its not about saving a child or getting a low life off the street. Its about money. They couldn't care less about the kids. Not really justice or law enforcement, just a joke.

 

Only because they smell money to be made. That's why they don't go after the locals they know they won't get any money.

 

Not only that but if not for international law enforcement being involved this would likely of never happened even if the local police knew it was going on. Its not a big deal for them if its a Filipino perp but if a foreigner at all is involved they scream bloody murder.

MANILA, Philippines – Two men have been arrested for selling child pornography material to an undercover agent at a coffee shop in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig last week.

28-year-old Mark Lester Manas, and 29-year-old Regie Arevalo, were arrested after receiving 30,000 pesos in marked money from the undercover agent.

The pornographic material was loaded onto a flash disk.

An investigation into the matter also revealed that the men invited numerous clients, mostly foreigners, to fly to the Philippines for sex tours involving children and young teens.

NBI agents said that International Law Enforcement agencies coordinated with them to trace the two suspects – they were identified as “sexual predators based in the Philippines” earlier
