Hmmmmm any chance you can tell us which Area of the City you will build, there are many and they seem to be all over and Travel in Dumaguete is not likes by the professionals equally as the people who will do the Work My Architect/Engineer don't like Bacong for Instance. It may be reflected in the Costings although Good, I won't Recommend him just yet
