    Ok, so he fell asleep at the wheel on purpose while passing another vehicle, so therefore he negligently caused a head on collision.

    There are only two choices here on earth, either he ran into the ezride on purpose, or he did it accidentally (didn't mean to do it). Whether the accident was caused by negligence or not, unless he did it willfully on purpose, it was still an accident!

    Well I didn't post this to have an arguement, the dictionary definition says it all, depending whether you are looking for an absolute definition or an insurers definition?

    Yes, the definition definitely says it all;

    "a crash involving road or other vehicles, typically one that causes serious damage or injury."

    It would be silly to try to argue with that.

    maybe this should read....proficiency in the "correct English" and before you have a go at me I'm English and I confess to being dyslexic.
    Why do you guys insist in insulting one another, live and let live and remember you are a guest in another man's Country, unless of course you have taken out Citizenship.
