    I was recommended a good Electrician from a Home build. Never used him as he lives in Dumaguete, and I do not. Have no name but his # 0926-673-3488. Call and inquire.

    We recently had two failed ceiling ventilators, but rather than replacing them we had them both fixed for 500 pesos or so (both needed a replacement capacitor). Better check that yours can't be fixed similarly before you replace?
