I am leaning more towards Valencia because of the temperate climate. would like to rent a furnished apartment in Valencia. Tried searching online without much luck. Any helful contact info will be much appreciated. I am on a limited budget. looking at a price range between 5 and 7K. Also, i am asthematic and I would like to speak with a local physician regarding cost of medications for my health issues. a contact # would be greatly appreciated. i do not require a respirologist or hospital care. I live in Bacong and cannot help you with prices in those other areas; however, there was a post a short while ago asking the same questions and a member responded that you may be able to find a place for those prices but you have to look around and keep searching. I rented a house in Dumaguete a couple of years ago, near the mall, wall and fence small 2 br and it cost 9k a month.
