    I know that leeks are grown in the Philippines but does anyone know a local source? My project is 'leek and Stilton soup'.

    Good question - I started with the leeks as I could use another blue cheese if necessary. When I find out, I will let you know.

    There seems to be a good supply of danish blue and a few others here but stilton,never.
