I was reading about the Philhealth missing 15 billion and was amazed to see that there were 5000 people over the age of 130 registered. The life expectancy alone must be as good a reason as any for signing up
My 5 cents thoughts, that are people once registered, might passed away, but never reported accordingly and thus assuming to be alive; who knows.....!!??
As a matter of serious interest (no joke this time!) - does anyone know any local who is 100 this year?
