Today at the restaurant where I had my lunch with a bunch of other expats, somebody mentioned that he had been asked by the UK consul to trace a British national called Steve Harvey (not the beauty pageant guy). Apparently he has not been in touch with his family back in Britain for a long time, long enough for them to get seriously concerned about his wellbeing and contact the Foreign Office to ask for assistance. Now, if anyone knows this Steve Harvey, who obviously might not even be in the Dumaguete area (any more), please contact the man and ask him to contact his family and/or the British embassy. Please don't post any information that may compromise the man's privacy.
