fresh baked bread!!!

i didn't realize we had anything other than pastry bakeries in duma, so i never looked closely at the coffee shop/bakery in the lower level of lee plaza until this morning when i recalled your message and took a closer look at the establishment. indeed, it is a bakery with an onsite oven baking french, malted rye, whole wheat and several other interesting breads and... the produce dept had german white cheddar.

Wow! Fantastic Mark. Impressive to be sure and all look absolutely delicious. With the arrival of Kennedy, we had to postpone our home cooking adventures for a year so we do a lot of eat out and take out.
I hope you bring some great Vietnamese recipes back from your trip. Great food there. Not sure when you leave but have a fun trip and we look fwd to pictures to enjoy.

Pat, Vietnam is in 2 weeks and we look forward to that. Princess' first time there and i'll give her the grand tour. Each time she travels abroad, it opens her eyes a bit wider. Lookin forward to that Viet food as well. Can't wait for some good bahn mi!!!!
