Headz Up Neg Or reporting a shooting in Lipayo, Dauin last night (7 July). Philip James AKA Kiko shot by tandem motorbike riders. No significant details / info on the background yet. Their photo isn't clear, but two of the "bystanders" appear to be holding objects in their hands which might also be handguns... (or something more innocent, obviously).
