I have one for 15k. Needs new plastic, front brakes and battery. Engine still good. Registration is a mess. Needs OR to transfer names. According to the LTO you must go to the original place of registration to obtain a replacement, which is in Cebu. It sounds like a mess to deal with but if your up for it let me know. I can pay to have it smoke tested and registration brought up to date if you're interested. The name transfer stuff would be on you to figure out.
20 - 40K seems to be the going rate for something decent as of late. There are quite a few available now. I guess it is because of the onset of the "rainy season"?
