Is anyone using Phil Products? are you having slow internet connections? From Saturday 4th April until today i have been recording speedtest results with pictures. I pay for an 8mbps service however my speeds have been mainly 1 to 4mbps the lowest on tuesday recorded at 0.96mbps. This affects my online school and is incompetent of a company boasting as "Good" to give these results not to mention a breech of contract on their part. If you are from Phil Products reading this, before I take you to court for breech of contract, unprofessionalism, lack of customer care and service - please do something about this!
