Seems a long time ago that I started this Thread but I am adding this here because once again it is DI that made a Difference. It is I guess no Secret that I, as I am sure many others, do have at times Problems with Teenagers but Thanks to Dustin of late, mine has come to me and said. Dad is all the US like what it says here cos if it is I don't want to go but stay here with you and Mama. Of course I said I did not know but the UK is getting the same.

Now we all getting to know Dustin's Humour but in things like this there is always an element of truth so TM sat me down last Night and said I hadn't realized that it is not only Dumaguete & the Philippines in General that suffers these things.
From this I gathered that she now appreciates what parents do for their children to protect them from the things they read about.

I guess it is all about Money in the End as You (Dustin) have the opportunity to work away and get that much needed cash something maybe the men at Home can't do for whatever reason as your Post suggested. Most of us are here are on Pensions but it is so nice to have our Children all of a sudden wake up and realize that things are not as bad as they think for them.
She asked me if many were like me , in that I was in Spain Working and sending money Home, Of course I know there are many still doing that and Hopefully it will all come right in the End as it has for me and quite a few I know.
