The only thing to understand is that it's a scam and the pity party they are looking for should be ignored. Why give them more? I'm positive they will find a way to not starve once they are cut off. You are only enabling them by giving them handouts.

In my experience Filipinos can certainly count quite well, as long as the numbers add up to suit them.............lol..........
If they don't add up to suit them, they seem to not understand English or suddenly become deaf............lol...........and look confused, an act worthy of an Acadamy Award with some of them. Having said that, there are others who are totally trustworthy. Trick is to be able to tell the difference, ..........ha ha ha ha ha ............while we still have money to count...........lolo_O
