Water in Bacong varies by Barangay. I'm not sure exactly what you are looking to find out? There was maintenance on the barangay water source that feeds our Bacong house and we went a couple of days without water, many of us have an alternate water supply just in case. Water pressure is not great so you continually have to move the sprinkler around to water the grass. Seems on Saturday mornings a lot of houses are using water to wash clothes and bathe so the pressure is not enough to flip the hot water on. Overall, water in Bacong is not expensive and normally not a major issue.

No worries and welcome to the forum.

Above the first post there are two tabs. If you click "General Information" there are pictures available along with a longer description.

But to answer your question: The price of this unit is P15k/month. 2 months deposit and the first month's rent in advance. So to move it it would be 45k pesos...if my math is correct.

This unit is also for sale. Though I do not know the asking price at this time. You could get more information from the contact information provided in the "General Information" tab. Hope this helps.
