    Who are qualified to have an ER Shield or ER Vantage card?
    It is so convenient to have an ER Shield or ER vantage card. The only membership requirement is the age. Individuals must be 6 months to 64 years old from the card’s effectivity (7days after registration). Registration is just through text.

    Sorry for the confusion. I am in fact on my wife's Philhealth Plan as a spouse and I was 60 at the time. We have an American friend whom was 77 when she took out her plan and she has already benefited from it this year. You can register and pay at LBC.
    I have been on the Philcare site and it appears that you can register from 6 months to 64 years. They have a branch office in Portal West, so I would visit there to get it from the horses mouth.

    I was only talking to a foreigner last year about this company and tried to contact them but as usual no reply.
    He uses them for the family and business and what he told me sounded very good. Maybe he will see this post on here and give us some more info as I think he still a member.
    Edited to say rodneyemr was the forum user,not sure if he is on here much though.
