Any SECURE rental compounds in Dumaguete or Valencia? I haven't been there for a year and a half and and I know prices have gone up since my last visit two years ago.
I'd like to rent for 6 months to see if I wanna move there. My ex is from Dumaguete, have lots of nieces and nephews there. Ive been there maybe 6 0r 7 times since 1996, longest stay was 6 weeks, all others were for month, so I have a little idea of what its like there....
