    NOTICE HOW MANY BIKES ARE PARKED ON SIDEWALKS? A FEW ELDERLY NATIVE PHILIPPINOS COULD GIVE A WARNING TICKET THE FIRST OFFENCE AND A SMALL FINE THE NEXT TIME.

    They have over 400 thousand unpaid tickets.... they have hundreds of motorcycles operating at night without lights..... I could list a hundred other violations of Philippine laws..... they have their own priorities....and bikes cluttering sidewalks are not even on the list..... they either can not or simply wont enforce laws they do not think are important..... and as most bikes belong to wealthier Filipinos.....do not hold your breath waiting for anything to be done

    take a page from the Filipino handbook....adapt..... learn to laugh at these things....
