Wait.
Something that conceals a person's identity....such as a helmet. Am I supposed to wear one or not?

Instead of these ill thought out laws maybe the local plod should get off their arses and patrol the streets instead of eating rice or sleeping all day like I have seen some doing.

My nephew has come to tell me about this, as he has just heard about it. He is a Registered Nurse attached to City hall on the TB Programme, he reminded me to say while I write to people here, it is a requirement of that programme that suffers of TB should wear a mask when out in Public. I watched an Uncle Die of TB, Not Pretty, These Idiotic Law makers need to Understand it is not the Criminals that will suffer it will be the innocent as usual, My goodness, I sincerely hope one of the First to get TB will be one of these people, They will spend more time on the streets stopping those that have a need to mask up and the Criminal will still be a Criminal.
The Health Department are against this Move. His Boss has told him.
