A question I always keep forgetting to ask, does anyone here have or researched house Hold contents Insurance? or indeed Building Insurance Something I think we all seemed to have in our own countries but have yet to find locals that do, so maybe it is not the sort of thing people Bother about. Standard Life do 'House & Contents' cover. In Valencia area they will cover for cyclone damage but not earthquake.
They are in the big office building on the corner of Silliman and Perdice and the people in the office seem to be quite efficient and friendly.
