The picture below is the first thing you see when you go to the BoI website.

While I agree with the campaign, the way they are going about it is all wrong. This has the potential to be severely abused. (Get thrown in immigration jail, pay out the @ss for lawyers to defend yourself, and sit around locked up for years while they sort out if you are guilty or not.)

They need to impose some SEVERE punishments for people making false accusations. Even with that, if the wrong (connected) person reported you there would be absolutely no repercussions for their actions. Hopefully immigration does their research before going out and arresting people accused of overstaying (or being criminals).

Another reason why you should not put your private information out there for everyone to see.
